Which Team Will Proceed to The Semis - Germany or Spain?

2010 FIFA World CupImage via Wikipedia
Of course its gonna be Spain! Realistically... I'm going to say Germany has the greater chance for victory. They've been on a insane dominating spree lately, while Spain has difficulty beating any opponent by more than 1-0. But World Cup is all about winning games, no matter what's the scoreline. Because at the end of the day winning is all that matters, either you win 7-0 or 1-0, the fact of the matter is - that team won, and thats that, full stop.
Having said that, of course, as a  fan, who would not want to see their team scores plenty of phenomenal goals? And to see all those goals on replay. I know I would!

In my opinion, Vicente del Bosque has done a tremendous job of coaching Spain. Why?, because Spain is one of the favourites to win the coveted cup, and they had been on low-profile since the tournament started. To me, that is a sign of a winner. Take Italy and France in the 2006 World Cup. Nobody had ever thought that the two teams would ever meet in the Finals. One of the reason is that both teams played just well enough to proceed to the next stage, they dont show their might at the start of the tournament, but let it all out at the Final; because as I said earlier, winning the game is all that matters. For that Spain's coach has got to be credited.

Germany might have scored 4 goals in their last two games, but that does not mean that they can keep that track record. The Germans have been an extremely good team so far in the tournament and the
Spaniards have not yet played to their true potential. Fernando Torres has not scored yet,for a big game player I expect him to score in this tie.
